How it works
Step 1
We create a Smart QR Code unique to your garage
The smart QR code leads to a landing page which directs the users based on their feedback rating. Your personalised feedback mirror hangers will be designed by our in house team, and always require design approval from your garage before they are shipped.
Step 2
Hang the mirror hanger from the rear view mirror
Once a car is ready for collection, hang the provided mirror hangers from the rear view mirror.
It’s quick, easy and gives the customer the chance to leave their feedback whenever it suits them, often right away.
Step 3
Customers scan the code and rate their experience
Feedback rated 1-3 stars is urged to leave internal feedback to the garage, allowing for quick resolution of any issues.*
Feedback rated 4-5 stars is requested to leave a Google review
*All customers will have the option to leave a Google review, but we encourage negative feedback to fill out a short, internal form. This gives you a chance to liaise with unsatisfied customers before they decide to leave a negative review.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin setting up your QR system and designing your mirror hangers. The mirror hanger design will be sent to you for approval which is required before we’re able to print. Printing and dispatch usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on order volume. Larger orders (500+ hangers) may ship faster with priority processing.
The setup fee is only charged on your first mirror hanger order with us, regardless of whether you choose to subscribe or place a one-off order.
The setup fee covers the customised design of the mirror hanger, setup of the QR code and feedback landing page. It also covers the setup of a review dashboard which allows you to track progress over time.
When you subscribe to recurring mirror hangers, you will receive a new batch every month with your chosen quantity. The setup fee is only charged on the first order.
The subscription option offers 10% off the cost of the mirror hangers, saving you money and time in reordering manually.
You can cancel the subscription at any time.
If you choose not to subscribe, and instead opt to place a one-time order, you can place subsequent orders via phone or email. You won’t be charged the setup fee on subsequent orders.
When scanned, the QR code takes the user to a landing page with your garage’s branding. It simply asks the user how many stars they would rate their visit.
If they choose 1-3 stars, the page will ask them to fill out a quick form about why they weren’t satisfied. When submitted, this form sends your garage an email with the comments left by the customer. In order to keep everything compliant, the user will have the option at the bottom of the form to post a review publicly if they wish.
If they choose 4-5 stars, they are directed straight to your Google review submission to post their review online.
Generally, yes – if each of your locations/branches have a unique Google Business Profile (which is best practice) it would be a unique set-up for each location.
